L’équipementier chinois Xiezhong Nanjing, fabricant de climatisations automobiles vient de signer une lettre d’intention avec la zone franche de Kenitra pour implanter une usine à proximité immédiate du futur site de PSA ( Peugeot Citroën Opel ) au Maroc. En vue : 14 millions d’euros d’investissements et 150 emplois directs à terme. ( Ingénieurs , Techniciens )
Nanjing Xiezhong Kenitra Auto-Airconditioner est un équipementier de 1er rang spécialisé dans les systèmes de refroidissement. Il s’agit d’une des branches du groupe Xiezhong International dont le capital est détenu par des investisseurs privés et Beijing Automotive (une entreprise d’Etat) et qui est pour partie coté à Hong Kong.
Xiezhong International Holdings Limited est principalement active dans le développement, la production et la vente de systèmes de chauffage, de ventilation et de refroidissement (HVAC) et de composants HVAC pour automobiles, ainsi que dans la fourniture de tests techniques et de services connexes.
Les filiales de la Société comprennent Xiezhong Holdings Limited, Xiezhong Auto-Airconditioner (Hong Kong) Limited et Liaoning Chenyou Automobile Air Conditioning System Co, Ltd. Par l’intermédiaire de ses filiales, la Société est également active dans la production et la vente de climatiseurs automobiles.
Selon le site internet de Xiezhong International, ce groupe a réalisé un chiffre d’affaires d’environ 90 millions d’euros en 2015. Il affirme compter parmi les dix premiers fabricants de climatisation pour automobile et camion en Chine avec des références notamment chez les constructeurs FAW-GM, Changfeng ou Foton.

The Group is one of the leading suppliers of HVAC systems (HVAC – Heating, Ventilation and Air-conditioning) for vehicles. We principally engage in the development, production and sales of automotive HVAC systems and a range of automotive HVAC components, and provide technical testing and related services.
Our automotive HVAC systems are mainly used in sport utility vehicles (“SUVs”), pickup trucks, sedans and heavy trucks, in addition to the supply of HVAC systems and HVAC components for new energy vehicles (“NEVs”), construction machineries and other types of vehicles such as light trucks and buses.
The Group’s current annual capacity of production is about 3 million sets of HVAC systems, the main customers are BAIC Motor, FOTON, PSA, DPCA, Dongfeng Group, FAW, GEELY AUTO and other well-known international and domestic auto companies.
In order to diversify the Group’s business in the automotive industry and to minimize concentration risk, the Group acquired 4S dealership business which engages in the sales of automobiles and spare parts and accessories, and provides a comprehensive range of after-sales services, such as repair and maintenance services. The 4S dealership business is dedicated to luxury brand and mid-to high-end brand, such as Lexus and FAW-Volkswagen, and is mainly located in Nanjing, Jiangsu Province.
